1 Scope of Online Travel Agency (OTA) Intermediary Services
RapidRoomz operates as an authorized online travel intermediary platform connecting guests with verified third-party accommodation providers, hotels, resorts, overwater villas, boutique apartments, and property owners ("Hosts"). RapidRoomz facilitates search, booking engine dispatch, room inventory reservation, rate comparison, and encrypted payment processing via Stripe PCI Level 1 gateways.
When you complete a reservation on RapidRoomz, your contract for room occupancy is entered directly between you (the "Guest") and the respective Property Host. RapidRoomz is not a owner, operator, or direct employee of the listed lodging properties unless explicitly designated.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware (for US operations) and the European Union Digital Services Act (for EU/UK travelers), without regard to conflict of law principles.
